• Ingredients:-
    - Eggs - 5 hard boiled
    - Chillie powder - 2 tsp
    - Fennel powder - ½ tsp
    - Salt to taste
    - Tumeric - ½ tsp
    - Besan - 1 ½ tsp
    - Oil to fry

  • Preparation:-
    1. Slit the eggs in half (vertically).
    2. Then make a paste of chillie powder, fennel powder, salt, turmeric and besan and apply on top of the eggs. Leave for half an hour.
    3. Fry the eggs in a heavy bottomed pan with 2 tbls of oil. Do not deep fry.
    4. Since the egg yolk might pop be careful while frying.
    5. Fry both sides of the yolk.
    6. This can be served as a side dish or a starter. Enjoy!
