- Ingredients:-

Eggs - 5 hard boiled
- Chillie powder - 2 tsp
- Fennel powder - ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tumeric - ½ tsp
- Besan - 1 ½ tsp
- Oil to fry
- Preparation:-
- Slit the eggs in half (vertically).
- Then make a paste of chillie powder, fennel powder, salt, turmeric and besan and apply on top of the eggs. Leave for half an hour.
- Fry the eggs in a heavy bottomed pan with 2 tbls of oil. Do not deep fry.
- Since the egg yolk might pop be careful while frying.
- Fry both sides of the yolk.
- This can be served as a side dish or a starter. Enjoy!
